Parking Penalty Charge Notices are an alternative to clamping. The parking area in question would still have suitable signage erected, giving a high visual impact, therefore deterring unauthorised vehicles from parking.

PCN System

In the event of unauthorised parking, a Fixed Parking Charge Notice would be attached to the vehicle, clearly explaining why the parking fine has been issued and how to pay.

The Fixed Parking Charge fee will be set within the guidelines of the BPA. There is a 50% reduction on the fee if paid within 14 days.

Ignored and/or unpaid fees will be pursued through the Small Claims Court as Non-Payment of fee.
